Privacy Policy

How ATG Fitness collects, uses, and protects your personal information, including SMS and mobile data practices.

01 · Information we collect

ATG Fitness, operating as All The Glory ("we," "us," "our"), collects the following when you interact with us, sign up for training or membership, book a session, or contact us:

Contact information — name, email address, phone/mobile number, and mailing address.
Account & membership details — the programs, classes, or packages you purchase and your booking history.
Health & fitness information you choose to share for coaching purposes (goals, injuries, physical limitations).
Payment information — processed securely through our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
Website & device data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

02 · How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and deliver training and coaching, process payments, respond to your questions, send appointment reminders and account notices, and improve our programs and website. We do not use your health or fitness information for anything beyond coaching you.

03 · SMS & text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us (appointment reminders, booking confirmations, or promotions), your mobile number and consent are used only to send you those messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

04 · How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with subcontractors who support our services — such as our payment processor, booking software, and customer communication tools — and only as needed for them to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

05 · Payment data

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. We don't store your full card number on our systems — that information is handled directly by our processor under its own security and privacy practices.

06 · Cookies & website data

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well.

07 · Your privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, by contacting us using the details in Section 11. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); contact us to make a request.

08 · Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

09 · Children's privacy

For youth athletes under 18, we collect only the information a parent or guardian provides on their behalf as part of enrollment, medical history, and waiver forms. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.

10 · Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
