Train with a plan

Strength plus an engine

Strength & Conditioning group classes are ATG Fitness’s coach-led adult training program. It is designed for people who want structured training and a coach present—not a random list of exercises or a room where they are left to figure everything out alone.

Classes combine full-body strength blocks with conditioning work. Training moves through progressive four-week cycles so members can practice key patterns, build appropriate loads, and see how one week connects to the next. The format may use partner-based circuits, which keeps the room moving while making encouragement and community part of the session.

Coach Alex Hernandez brings 15 years of coaching experience and leads the class with options for different starting points. Beginners can learn the movements and use an appropriate variation. More experienced members can continue to challenge their strength and work capacity without turning every session into an uncontrolled competition.

The program draws on ATG’s Full Armor Protocol and its faith-centered mission. Members do not need to arrive at the same fitness level; they do need to be willing to listen, work with purpose, and support the people training beside them.
