Custom training
Programming built around your goal, available equipment, experience, and realistic weekly schedule.
Customized programming, practical nutrition guidance, and coach accountability delivered through an app—wherever you train.
Online coaching is for people who want an individualized plan and ongoing accountability but cannot train in person at ATG Fitness. Your workouts are delivered through an app so you can see what to do, record your training, and keep the plan with you at your own gym or training space.
The program can include custom training, practical nutrition targets, regular check-ins, and adjustments based on your feedback and progress. The exact structure depends on the service you choose and the conversation you have with your coach before starting.
Remote coaching still requires communication. Share what equipment you can access, how many days you can realistically train, your experience level, and the obstacles that have made consistency difficult. A useful plan fits your actual week rather than an imaginary perfect schedule.
Coach Alex and Coach Russ both offer online coaching and nutrition support. Their in-person specialties are different, so review their coach pages or contact ATG Fitness if you want help deciding whose approach is the better fit.
