Back health
Core and back-health foundations taught as fitness coaching with scalable exercise options.
Build movement confidence with Coach Russ through back-health foundations, full-body mobility, breathwork, and graded strength.
Mobility training at ATG Fitness is about developing useful movement—not chasing extreme flexibility. Coach Russ combines controlled range-of-motion work with core training, breathwork, and graded strength progressions so members can practice moving with more confidence.
The program includes two complementary ideas. Built to Last focuses on back-health and core foundations. Loosen the Chain uses full-body mobility to explore how different regions work together. Sessions may also include down-regulation or breathing practices and carefully progressed strength work.
Each exercise can be adjusted to the person in front of the coach. A useful starting point may be a smaller range, a supported position, or a lighter variation. As control and capacity improve, the movement can progress. The purpose is not to force a joint or promise a pain-free outcome; it is to coach exercise in a way that respects your current ability.
Mobility-focused training can complement strength classes, personal training, or an active lifestyle. It may be especially appealing if you want to pay closer attention to movement quality and build strength through ranges you can control.
